Product Owner CIAM | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) to drive customer authentication, digital identity, identity verification and fraud prevention initiatives within the banking and financial services domain.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 10 Years

Notice Period: Up to 45 Days

Key Responsibilities

Own product roadmaps, backlogs and prioritization for CIAM and customer authentication solutions.

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

Collaborate with business, engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, risk and compliance teams.

Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement and stakeholder alignment.

Ensure solutions balance customer experience, security, fraud prevention and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

Hands-on exposure to CIAM, customer authentication, identity verification, digital onboarding or fraud prevention.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management and requirements documentation.

Banking or financial services experience.

Exposure to Ping Identity/PingAM, Transmit Security, FICO, Mitek, Incode, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML or MFA is preferred.

Canadian banking experience is an added advantage.
