Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer specializing in OpenText InfoArchive and Platform 3 Services (Archon) to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise information archiving and data retirement solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep archiving platform expertise with strong database/ETL engineering, robust Java development skills, and the leadership ability to guide a technical team toward successful delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText InfoArchive (ideally 21.x/22.x) and Platform 3 Services (Archon).
- Strong experience designing and building database ETL pipelines using tools such as Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, or equivalent.
- Advanced SQL and relational database skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server); ability to profile source schemas and validate archived data.
- Solid Java development experience, including REST APIs, Spring/Spring Boot, and integration components.
- Proven experience leading application decommissioning / data retirement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team and own delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
