Senior Software Engineer
About NoteSpark
NoteSpark is an AI-powered call analytics product built as a connector on the LeadSquared marketplace. It turns recorded sales calls into structured intelligence: transcripts, diarization, sentiment, BANT qualification, action items, and objection insights, and lets sales teams conversationally query their entire call history using RAG. The product is live with design partners and actively scaling, so you’ll be building features that go straight into customer hands.
What you’ll do
- Design, build, and ship backend services in .NET 8 that power our audio ingestion, AI processing pipeline, and configuration services
- Build responsive, polished front-end experiences in React.js: configuration screens, lead level insight views, and dashboards
- Own features end to end from design discussions with architects through deployment and monitoring on AWS
- Work with queue-based processing pipelines (event-driven ingestion, webhooks, autoscaling consumers) handling high call volumes
- Integrate and orchestrate AI/LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) within our BYOK architecture
- Collaborate closely with a small, senior team (two architects, engineers, and QA) where your voice directly shapes the product
Must have
- 4–5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8 / C#, building and maintaining production APIs and services
- Solid React.js experience: component design, state management, and building data-heavy UIs
- Working experience with AWS: compute, storage, queues, and deploying/operating services in production
- Good grasp of REST API design, relational databases, and event-driven/queue-based architectures
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving product team and communicate clearly
Good to have
- Python experience, especially for data or AI pipeline work
- Understanding of AI/LLM models: prompt design, embeddings, vector stores, RAG patterns, or speech-to-text/diarization pipelines
- Prior experience building on or integrating with CRM platforms
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS products
Why join
You’ll join a compact team building a real AI product from the ground up, not a feature bolted
onto legacy software. You’ll touch the full stack, work directly with LLMs in production, and see
your work land with enterprise customers within weeks, not quarters.
