• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Work collaboratively with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Build and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services.
• Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through code reviews, writing unit tests, and implementing best practices.
• Monitor and improve application performance, addressing bottlenecks and scalability concerns.
• Manage data storage solutions (SQL and NoSQL databases) and optimize database interactions.
• Collaborate on deployment strategies and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and contribute to the evolution of backend practices. Qualifications
• 3+ years of backend development experience in at least two of the following technologies: Node.js, Django (Python), Golang, PHP, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and RESTful API design principles.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, or SAML.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managed services.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Experience in implementing caching strategies and optimizing server performance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 or higher). About Us
