Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience managing a CRM such as Zoho, preferably in financial services or another regulated environment.
• Strong experience with CRM governance, data management and change control.
• Comfortable with testing, rollback planning and system releases.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and personal-data handling.
• Experience managing external vendors/contracts and data-handling requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to escalate when governance or security rules are at risk.
