Job Description
- Design, develop, modify, and implement Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce CRM, Apex, and LWC.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide support/training to users and team members.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure applications meet service-level requirements.
- Communicate project status, issues, and timelines with leadership and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reports for different executive stakeholders.
- Proactively understand business needs and deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
- Apex
