Full Stack Developer (Frontend Heavy)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Frontend-heavy Full-Stack Developer to build and ship production features on a MERN stack product. This role is primarily frontend-focused, who can take ownership of features end-to-end: from UI implementation to backend integration and the most important requirement is the ability to convert Figma designs into a pixel-perfect UI—exactly matching spacing, typography, colors, layout, and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build pixel perfect React UIs from Figma (no approximations).
- Implement responsive UI for multiple screen sizes while maintaining design accuracy.
- Build reusable components and maintain clean frontend architecture.
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs (Node/Express).
- Contribute to backend development when needed (APIs, data handling, auth, integrations).
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO (Next.js best practices).
- Deploy and maintain applications across development, staging, and production environments.
- Own features end-to-end (ownership and accountability are key).
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum 2 years to 10years of real-world experience building and shipping web applications. (Production experience)
- Strong experience with React.js , Next.js,
- Excellent HTML/CSS skills (Flexbox/Grid, responsiveness, UI polish).
- Working experience with Node.js + Express.js and API integration.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team and communicating clearly.
- Good understanding of SDLC and production deploymentsGood to Have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks
- Experience with Prisma, Drizzle, or similar ORMs
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
