We're Hiring: AI Consultant, AI Architect, AI Engineer & Applied AI Scientist

At Kanchi Technologies 2i (KT2i), we're building AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact and operate reliably in real-world production environments.

We're looking for professionals who have gone beyond experimentation and have built, deployed, and delivered AI solutions that people and businesses actually rely on.

We currently have four open positions:

1. AI Consultant | 5+ Years of Experience

Help organizations identify high-value AI opportunities, build business cases, and transform business workflows through practical AI adoption.

Key Requirements

  • Consulting experience combined with production AI delivery.
  • Experience conducting AI use-case discovery and developing business cases.
  • Ability to redesign workflows and measure business impact.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL, with the ability to independently analyze data.

2. AI Architect | 10+ Years of Experience

Define enterprise reference architectures and control planes for agentic AI systems, covering orchestration, guardrails, audit trails, evaluation, and human oversight.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience architecting production GenAI platforms.
  • Deep experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise AI architecture and build-versus-buy decisions.

3. AI Engineer

Build and deploy end-to-end AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, covering retrieval, tool calling, orchestration, and memory.

Key Requirements

  • Strong, production-grade Python development skills.
  • Experience deploying at least two AI agents into real-world production use.
  • Understanding of observability, evaluation, and cost optimization for AI applications.

4. Applied AI Scientist

Advance model performance beyond prompt engineering through fine-tuning, preference optimization, rigorous evaluation, and synthetic data generation.

Key Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent research and industry experience in ML/NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT), LoRA, DPO, and GRPO.
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation and synthetic data generation.
  • Demonstrable, measurable improvements in model performance.
