Platform Owner/Architect, MS Dynamics 365

The role

We drive innovation that enables scalable, secure, and future‑ready digital platforms. As part of the Solutions team, this role is accountable for owning and evolving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at tenant level. Your mission is to ensure a secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient Dynamics 365 platform by owning tenant‑level governance, non‑functional requirements, and platform operations.

Mission:

• Own the Dynamics 365 platform at tenant level to ensure it is secure, scalable, compliant, and cost‑efficient
• Drive an automation‑first platform mindset, enabling proactive monitoring, self‑healing, and continuous operational optimization
• Enable business teams to deliver value faster by removing platform risks and complexity
• Safeguard long‑term sustainability of Dynamics 365 across all divisions and programs
• Act as the single accountable authority for non‑functional requirements and platform decisionsKey Responsibilities
• Own the Dynamics 365 Central platform at tenant level across all environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Ensure system stability, performance, security, and data integrity
• Define and enforce platform governance, standards, quality controls and change management.
• Act as Product Owner, owning the platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities and translating business needs into clear requirements and enhancements
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and segregation of duties
• Govern integrations, shared resources, and platform configurations
• Coordinate change & control with external partners, business stakeholders and service delivery.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, licenses, and operational risks
• Track Microsoft releases and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure documentation, support, knowledge, and long‑term platform sustainability

Competence

• An Engineering graduate or equivalent from reputed institute
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven Experience in platform architecture, system administration, security management, data integrity, environment ownership.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps / ALM Practices
• Effective Communication: The ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders at all levels and foster a collaborative spirit is key.
