We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer with BFSI/FinTech experience to build secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications that enhance customer engagement and digital financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build scalable, secure, and responsive mobile applications for wealth management and financial services platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
• Integrate REST APIs, financial data services, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with BFSI standards.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, tools, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Prior experience in BFSI, FinTech, WealthTech, or related financial services domain is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management tools such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication systems, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and payment integrations.
• Understanding of Android and iOS deployment processes.
• Proficiency with Git/version control systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on trading, investment, banking, insurance, or wealth management applications.
• Knowledge of mobile application security, encryption, and financial compliance standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
