We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core transit engine team. You will be responsible for building high-scale distributed systems that power real-time demand prediction and fleet management.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Node.js.
- Optimize real-time geospatial algorithms for ride-matching and ETA calculation.
- Collaborate with mobile and frontend engineers to define robust APIs.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion clean code practices. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and message queues.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Redis.
