About the Candidate

We are looking for an eager to learn candidate with a passion for making a difference in the capital markets and the ambition to create meaningful impact as part of our 15-member PIVOT team. PIVOT primarily operates in the institutional/Corporate space.

About the Job:

• Assist in product strategy aligned with client and market opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating new product opportunities, market trends, client needs, and competitive developments.
• Assist in developing products through the end-to-end lifecycle, from concept and business case through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients to develop practical product and transformation solutions in collaboration with the PIVOT team.
• Assist in developing solutions for securities services, clearing & settlement, asset servicing, and market infrastructure.
• Monitor service performance, client adoption, market developments, and business outcomes.
• Support consulting engagements, proposals, and business-development initiatives.
• Contribute to product innovation and market intelligence.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Capital Markets, Financial Services, Consulting or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of one or more areas including FDI, FPI’s, Cross-Border Investment, Securities Services, Custody, Clearing & Settlement, Brokerage, or Asset Servicing.
• Proven experience in product development, client engagement, business analysis, or financial-services transformation
• Strong analytical, commercial, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior client and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge business, technology, and capital-markets stakeholders.

Preferred

• Understanding of financial-services technology, data, automation, and digital solutions.
• Post-graduation in relevant financial markets is an advantage. What you will get:
