🚀 We’re Hiring – GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

Aventra.AI is looking for a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer who is passionate about building AI-powered platforms, integrating MCPs, developing plugins, and creating intelligent agent workflows.

💼 Experience: 3+ Years

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and troubleshoot MCPs with Cursor and Claude.
• Develop, maintain, and secure AI plugins.
• Perform SkillSpecter and Claude security scans, identify vulnerabilities, false positives, and security concerns, and drive remediation.
• Work with plugin owners to understand workflows, communicate security findings, and support PR closure.
• Conduct Claude evaluations to assess plugin quality, functionality, and security.
• Provide technical support for Cursor, Claude, Plugins, and MCPs across the organization.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and demos on AI tools, MCPs, plugins, security, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Develop an AI agent for an existing platform and integrate it with the portal.
• Analyze Swagger/API definitions and automate API reviews and results using skills from GitHub repositories.
• Work across Python and Angular components.
• Design and implement AI orchestration workflows involving agents, skills, tools, and services.
• Develop and enhance Agentic AI capabilities, including features requiring .NET development.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Cursor
• Plugin development and security experience
• Python development
• Angular experience
• .NET / C# development experience
• Experience building AI agents and orchestration workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, GitHub repositories and integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot AI tools, integrations, plugins, and platform issues
• Good understanding of AI security, vulnerability assessment, and remediation
