You are invited to attend a Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview for the position of Software

Trainee – Full Stack .NET Developer at EliteNex Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

3. Interview Process

There will be two face-to-face interview rounds:

Technical Round: Assessment of your technical knowledge and programming

fundamentals.

Management Round: Assessment of your communication skills, attitude, learning

ability, and suitability for the role.

Candidates should have an academic background or foundational knowledge in the following

technologies:

• .NET, C# and .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC and Web API
• Angular and React
• JavaScript and jQuery
• HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
• MS SQL Server

7. Educational Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

• BE / B.Tech
• BCA / MCA
• B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT
• B.Sc. Computer Science / M.Sc. Computer Science
• MBA – IT8. Training, Salary and Employment Terms

Initial Training Period: 4 months

Training Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

After Successful Completion of Training:

• Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹23,000
• Salary Period: 20 months following training
• Employment Bond: 2 years, subject to the terms of the employment agreement.
