Role Overview

Webflow is your primary platform. You will design-build, migrate, optimize and maintain Webflow

websites end to end from Figma handoff and CMS architecture to interactions, SEO and

launch. Alongside this, you will support and maintain WordPress sites built with Elementor and

other page builders, and handle the technical side of both: Cloudflare, DNS, hosting, security

and backups.

Key Responsibilities

Webflow (primary)

● Build responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs.

● Structure projects with clean class naming using a scalable system (Client-First,

Finsweet or similar).

● Design and manage Webflow CMS collections, dynamic templates, filters and reference

fields.

● Create reusable components, variables and style guides for easy client handoff.

● Build Webflow Interactions and animations (including GSAP or Lottie where needed).

● Extend Webflow with custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript embeds and Finsweet

Attributes.

● Migrate websites into Webflow (from WordPress and other platforms) with URL mapping

and 301 redirects.

● Manage Webflow hosting, workspace roles, client editor access, staging and publishing.

WordPress (secondary)

● Build, update and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other page

builders.

● Customize themes, child themes, plugins and Elementor layouts.

● Handle WordPress updates, plugin conflicts, bug fixes and code cleanup.

Across both platforms

● Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance.

● Implement technical SEO: schema/structured data, meta tags, canonicals, redirects,

sitemaps and robots.txt.

● Integrate forms, tracking codes (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel), APIs and third-party tools

(Zapier, Make, CRMs).

● Manage domains, DNS, Cloudflare, staging environments and basic hosting tasks.

● Set up backups, monitor security and fix bugs, layout issues and technical problems.

Required Skills

● 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on Webflow development, with a portfolio of live Webflow sites

you built.

● Expert knowledge of Webflow Designer, CMS, Interactions, components and hosting

settings.

● Strong command of HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid) and JavaScript.

● Experience with a Webflow class-naming system such as Client-First.

● Working proficiency in WordPress with Elementor; familiarity with other builders

(Gutenberg, Bricks, Divi, WPBakery, Oxygen).

● PHP and MySQL for customization and troubleshooting.

● Proven experience with website migrations, especially WordPress to Webflow.

● Solid understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.

● Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, DNS management and hosting control panels.

● Experience with backup scheduling, restoration, website security and malware removal.

● Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

● Webflow Partner/Expert experience.

● GSAP, Lottie or advanced animation experience.

● Experience with Webflow Ecommerce, Memberships/Logic or Localization projects.

● Webflow API, Make/Zapier automations or headless CMS integrations.

● Schema/structured data implementation.

● Experience working directly with design teams in Figma.
