Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of development activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Work extensively on Salesforce configuration, including:
  • Object configuration
  • Validation Rules
  • Record Types
  • Assignment Rules
  • Page Layouts
  • Lightning Page configuration
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
  • Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
  • Write efficient SOQL queries and optimize Apex code for performance.
  • Implement Salesforce development best practices, including effective test classes and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues using logs and other debugging techniques.
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate technical solutions.
  • Proactively participate in development activities and contribute as an independent technical contributor.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
  • Serve as a technical contributor/expert on Salesforce development projects.

Must Have

  • 5–7 years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
  • 5–6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, including objects, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, page layouts, Lightning pages, Flow, etc.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong experience with Apex Classes and Triggers.
  • Experience with Batch Apex.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL.
  • Good understanding of Apex coding best practices.
  • Experience writing Apex Test Classes.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including generating and analyzing Salesforce debug logs.
  • Experience with Aura Components and LWC.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

  • Experience with technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimization.
  • Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting.
