Job Requirements

Python / GenAI Application Developers Experience: 7+ years Role Type: Python Engineering / GenAI Application Development Role Overview We are seeking experienced Python and GenAI Application Developers to design, build, and deploy secure, enterprise-grade AI applications for regulatory and business use cases. The role will focus on developing applications using LangChain, Streamlit, FastAPI, MCP, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and cloud data platforms. Design and develop Python-based GenAI applications and reusable application components.

• Build LLM-powered solutions using LangChain, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, agents, and structured outputs.
• Develop interactive business applications and prototypes using Streamlit.
• Build production APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, tools, resources, and enterprise system connectors.
• Integrate applications with Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, cloud storage, vector databases, and enterprise APIs.
• Implement document processing, intelligent search, summarisation, classification, extraction, and question-answering capabilities.
• Design secure authentication, authorisation, secrets management, logging, and audit trails.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, safety, latency, and cost.
• Build automated tooks, and support materials.
• Ensure applications comply with security, privacy, GxP, data integrity, and responsible AI requirements. Required Skills and Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Python application development, software engineering, or data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, Streamlit, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.
• Experience with MCP and enterprise tool or data-source integration would be highly desirable.
• Experience integrating with Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, cloud services, databases, and enterprise APIs.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, version control, CI/CD, and secure development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployment, monitoring, and application support.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated environments is preferred.
