Role Description The Information Technology Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs and projects that support Pakt’s AI-driven hiring platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program roadmaps, managing cross-functional project teams, coordinating with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders, and tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. The Program Manager will manage program budgets and resources, implement governance and reporting practices, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes, stakeholder communication, and the integration of new technologies to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Program Management skills, including roadmap planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in Project Management practices, such as scheduling, scope definition, milestone tracking, and delivery management.
  • Solid foundation in Information Technology, with experience in software platforms, cloud services, data security, and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, evaluating program performance, and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Experience with Budgeting, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial tracking for multi-project programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
  • Experience managing complex technology initiatives in product-led or SaaS environments; exposure to AI, automation, or HR tech is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and present clear program updates to leadership.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement.
