About Bundl AI

Bundl AI is building AI-native operating systems for physical businesses.

Restaurants, retailers, distributors and other physical businesses still run across

disconnected POS systems, accounting software, CRMs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and

other tools.

We’re building Bundl OS, an operating layer that brings their data, software,

workflows and AI together.

But we’re not building another ERP .

We’re building software for a world where AI can actually operate a business.

Our AI employees can understand business context, work with company systems,

communicate with customers and employees, follow workflows and take actions in the

real world. Our technology is already being deployed with businesses in India, across

areas including business operations, automation and AI communication.

Now we’re building the platform underneath it.

We’re an early-stage, high-growth company building from Mumbai for global

markets. Our founders have deep experience across AI, product and technology in the

US.

The role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of

product, software and AI.

You’ll own problems end to end.You might build a new product experience in React, design the backend behind it,

integrate an external business system, build an AI agent that operates a workflow, or

figure out how to make the entire system reliable in production.

Our core stack includes React, TypeScript and Node.js, but the problems we’re

solving won’t always fit neatly into one stack.

We care about engineers who can learn quickly, make good technical decisions and

turn ambiguous problems into working products.

What you’ll work on

Build the core Bundl OS product and experiences

Build AI agents and AI employees that can take real actions

Design business workflows and automation

Integrate POS, ERP , accounting, commerce and other business systems

Build APIs, backend services and data infrastructure

Work on real-time AI and voice infrastructure

Build local-first and cloud-connected software

Develop AI-powered search, insights and decision support

Improve reliability, observability and scalability of production systems

Prototype and ship new products from 0 → 1

You’ll work across the stack rather than being limited to a single layer.

The next problem could be a frontend experience, an agent workflow, an integration, a

database design, a desktop application or production infrastructure.

What we’re looking for

2–4 years of professional software engineering experience

Strong React and Node.js experience

Experience building and shipping production software

Strong fundamentals across frontend, backend, APIs and databasesHands-on experience building with AI / LLMs

Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a working product

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good product instincts

Clear written and verbal communication

Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies

You don’t need experience with every technology we use.

We care more about what you’ve built, how you think and how quickly you can

learn.

Good to have

AWS, Docker or Kubernetes

AI agents, RAG or workflow automation

Voice AI, telephony or real-time systems

Electron or desktop applications

Production scaling and distributed systems

Startup or 0 → 1 experience

We’re a small team working closely with the founders.

You’ll have significant ownership and direct exposure to product, customers and

technical decisions.

We move quickly. Requirements can change as we learn. You’ll often be given a

problem rather than a perfectly defined specification.
