Product Manager
Product Manager – AI-Native Strategy Execution
About GravityONEGravityONE is an AI-native technology company building the next generation of products for strategy, decision-making and execution. We work at the intersection of AI, strategy, data and enterprise workflows, helping organisations move beyond traditional dashboards and disconnected tools towards intelligent systems that can help leaders and teams plan, decide, coordinate and act.
Our products are designed for complex environments where strategy needs to translate into measurable outcomes—with the right context, governance, intelligence and accountability built into the way organisations operate.
One of our core products, StrategyDotZero, is building an AI-native strategy-execution platform for governments and enterprises. We help executives, Strategy Offices, PMOs and transformation teams connect strategy, planning, performance, portfolios and delivery into one intelligence-enabled operating environment.
Our ambition is to move beyond dashboards and workflow tools—to create governed digital experts and agentic workflows that help organisations plan, decide, coordinate and act with greater confidence.
The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional, hands-on Product Manager to turn this vision into a focused, market-ready product.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, design, data, analytics and AI: shaping product direction, rapidly testing concepts with customers, and working closely with engineering, AI and growth teams to turn complex problems into elegant, adoptable capabilities.
This is a build-stage role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves quickly and can balance bold product thinking with disciplined execution. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring the structured problem-solving and transformation mindset of top-tier consulting, combined with strong product judgement and the ability to build and ship.
What you will do
- Translate the StrategyDotZero vision into clear product strategy, customer journeys, MVPs, roadmaps and fortnightly release plans.
- Shape AI-native experiences across strategy, planning, portfolio management, PMO, performance, benefits, risk and executive decision support.
- Define how agentic workflows, LLM-enabled generation, analytics, enterprise data and human approval work together in practical product experiences.
- Rapidly create wireframes, clickable prototypes, concept demonstrations and lightweight proof-of-value solutions to test ideas with users before building at scale.
- Lead product discovery with executives, PMO leaders, strategy teams and delivery practitioners; identify high-value problems, validate assumptions and translate insight into product decisions.
- Write high-quality user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, workflow logic and release documentation that engineering teams can build with confidence.
- Work closely with engineers and AI specialists to define fit-for-purpose agent behaviours, inputs, outputs, controls, evaluation criteria and user feedback loops.
- Ensure every capability is enterprise-ready: role-based access, source evidence, data quality, confidence indicators, auditability and human approval for material decisions or changes.
- Prioritise the roadmap using customer value, strategic differentiation, delivery effort, technical dependencies and commercial potential.
- Run agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release readiness and post-release learning with discipline and pace.
- Partner with growth and customer teams to shape demos, value narratives, pilots, customer feedback loops and product-market fit. What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, strategy/technology consulting or a related product-building role.
- MBA from a reputed institution, preferably with a focus on strategy, technology, operations or a related discipline.
- Prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG) or a strong strategy/management consulting environment is highly preferred. We value candidates who have developed strong structured problem-solving, executive communication, business transformation and stakeholder management skills and can apply that thinking to product development.
- Experience building B2B, enterprise SaaS, workflow, analytics, data or AI-enabled products—ideally in complex, regulated or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of strategy execution, planning, PMO, portfolio management, transformation, performance or operational governance; deep expertise in every domain is not required, but curiosity and rapid learning are.
- Practical familiarity with AI product patterns: LLMs, RAG, structured outputs, agentic workflows, enterprise data context, human-in-the-loop design, evaluation and feedback loops.
- Strong UX and design judgement, with the ability to use tools such as Figma and AI-assisted prototyping tools to make concepts tangible quickly.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, integrations, APIs and enterprise workflow concepts; able to speak credibly with engineers without needing to be a full-time developer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to move comfortably between a client executive, product designer, engineer and delivery practitioner.
- A strong bias toward action: able to frame a problem, form a hypothesis, prototype, test, learn and improve within days—not months.
- Comfortable in a lean, high-growth environment where ownership is broad, priorities evolve and quality still matters. What success looks like
- A focused, differentiated product roadmap that converts the StrategyDotZero vision into commercially valuable releases.
- Fast, evidence-led product discovery with customers and a regular cadence of validated prototypes and shipped capabilities.
- Clear and reusable product patterns for enterprise AI: governed agents, source-grounded outputs, human approvals and actionable workflows.
- Strong alignment between product, engineering, AI, growth and client teams.
- A platform that customers experience not as another PMO tool, but as an intelligence layer that improves the quality and speed of strategy execution.
- A product leader who brings together consulting rigour, product thinking, AI fluency and execution discipline to turn complex enterprise problems into simple, valuable products. If you think this
