Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, build, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing UI/UX designs, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring code quality through reviews, unit tests, and documentation. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, reliable availability during core working hours, and adherence to project timelines and coding standards.

Qualifications

Strong Flutter and Dart development skills, with experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS.
Proficiency in mobile application architecture, state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), and RESTful API integration.
Experience with UI/UX implementation, responsive layouts, and custom widgets aligned with modern design principles.
Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and standard software development practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including unit and integration tests.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging performance, compatibility, and security issues in mobile apps.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
