Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Go, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang).

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Implement concurrency using Go routines and channels where appropriate.

Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues.

Write unit, integration, and API tests.

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.

Deploy and monitor services in cloud environments.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Go/Golang.

Good understanding of Go routines, channels, interfaces, and error handling.

Experience building REST APIs and microservices.

Knowledge of HTTP, JSON, authentication, and API design.

Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and preferably Redis/MongoDB.

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of software design patterns and data structures.

Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
