Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Shopify Developer. The Shopify Developer will build, customize, and maintain Shopify themes, templates, and apps to support high-performing online stores. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing site speed, ensuring responsive and accessible design, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves integrating third-party tools, managing Shopify settings, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Shopify Developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development workflows.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Shopify development, including Liquid, theme customization, and Shopify Admin configuration.
Solid front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Experience integrating APIs, payment gateways, and third-party Shopify apps.
Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO best practices for eCommerce, and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and modern development tools or workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, with clear communication and reliable time management.
Experience with eCommerce analytics, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Note - 5k stipend for this project per month.
