Role: Python ML Engineer

Responsibility: -

Core Engineering & MLOps Skills

  • Building and managing end-to-end ML workflows, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Designing and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines in Python for telecom and security data.
  • Implementing distributed data processing using Spark/PySpark.
  • Developing ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and data quality validation frameworks.
  • Working with Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, YARN, Hive).
  • Deploying and operating batch and near real-time inference pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging, incident management, and reliability engineering skills.

AI Tools &AI-Assisted Engineering Skills

  • Practical experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted code development, testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Exposure to AI agents, MCP, RAG, or automated engineering workflows is an added advantage.

Experience: 6– 7 Years (Python+ AI/ML)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
