| Assistant Vice President – Applied AI Engineer |

Location :-Bangalore

Experience:-8 to 12 years

Are you passionate about building next-generation AI solutions and taking Generative AI from experimentation to enterprise-scale production?

We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer (AVP) to help design, develop and deliver secure, scalable AI/ML solutions powering enterprise AI capabilities.

🔹 Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong Python programming – FastAPI, Asyncio.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
  • Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
  • Experience with LangGraph, Strands Agents or Google ADK.
  • RAG architecture, Vector Databases and Semantic Search.
  • AWS services – Bedrock, SageMaker, EC2, EKS, S3 and IAM.
  • Microservices, REST APIs, gRPC and Distributed Systems.
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Terraform.
  • LLM Model Serving, vLLM and MLOps.
  • AI Evaluation, Observability and AI Security.⭐ Good to Have:
  • MCP and A2A protocols.
  • Knowledge Graphs and Agent Memory.
  • AI Guardrails, Prompt Injection Detection and PII Redaction.
  • NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM Top 10.
  • GPU workload management and inference optimization.Experience Required:
  • 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML, GenAI or scalable ML infrastructure experience.
  • Strong experience building and deploying enterprise-grade applications.🎯 What we're looking for:
