Product Definition & Engineering Alignment

  • Translate customer and operational requirements into product specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Engineering teams across airframes, propulsion, avionics, communications, autonomy, software, and payload integration to define product capabilities and technical priorities.
  • Drive alignment on product configurations, performance parameters, technical trade-offs, and development priorities.
  • Track product milestones, prototype evaluations, testing, validation, and readiness for customer deployment in coordination with the MUAS Program Head and Engineering.

  • Ensure product communication accurately reflects validated capabilities, limitations, and product maturity.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Act as the product interface between the MUAS Program Head, Engineering, Business Development, and Brand/Marketing.
  • Align stakeholders on product priorities, dependencies, timelines, and market requirements.
  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, feedback, and opportunities for portfolio improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.

  • Relevant experience in UAVs, unmanned systems, robotics, autonomous platforms, aerospace, defence electronics, or mission-critical hardware-software systems.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, systems engineering, customer requirements, and technology commercialization.
  • Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical specifications, system capabilities, integration challenges, and performance trade-offs.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Success Measures

  • A clear, prioritised MUAS product roadmap aligned with operational and business requirements.
  • Effective translation of customer needs into product requirements and engineering priorities.
  • Timely product readiness and execution of product lifecycle milestones.
