🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Developer (5+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team and help us build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems.

🔹 Required Experience & Skills

* 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js.

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with NestJS.

* Minimum 3 years of experience working with PostgreSQL (PGSQL).

* Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing microservices.

* Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.

* Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design.

* Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication.

* Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

* Good understanding of software design principles, clean code, and backend best practices.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of backend services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.

* Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.

* Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.

* Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures.

* Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous communication between services.

* Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.

* Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineering team members.

* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

* Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

🔹 Good to Have

* Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

* Experience with Redis, caching, and background job processing.

* Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

* Experience with gRPC and inter-service communication.
