What would you do here?

As Lead Product Manager for Partners, you will lead Axi's partner ecosystem from a product standpoint. The channel covers introducing brokers, affiliates, money managers, and corporate and joint accounts, and it is one of the larger revenue lines in the business. You will own the product vision and roadmap for the channel, work directly with partners and with Partner Sales, Finance, Compliance and the dealing desk, and bring the whole ecosystem together into one coherent product.

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Partners ecosystem, covering introducing brokers, affiliates, money managers, and corporate and joint accounts
  • Own the commercial outcomes of the partner channel across acquisition, revenue and channel health, and build and maintain the channel economic model that drives prioritisation
  • Lead the partner portal as a product, including real-time earnings and rebate dashboards, attribution and link management, sub-IB hierarchy management, reporting, marketing assets and the partner API
  • Design and evolve the rebate and incentive architecture, including tier design, allocation across sub-IBs, and coverage across products and account types
  • Own partner onboarding end to end, from application through to first referred client, including partner-side KYC and AML across our regulated entities
  • Own money manager tooling and corporate and joint account onboarding, including allocation models, fee structures and investor reporting
  • Own attribution and payout integrity, working with Finance to maintain a single source of truth for partner earnings and to reduce disputes at source

  • Connect initiatives across the channel into one coherent ecosystem, and mentor product managers as the Partners team grows
