• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software applications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
