Hiring Senior AI/ML Developer

We are hiring AI/ML Developer.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gj, INEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 5+ years in AI/MLAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning systems that power the client products. You'll own models from experimentation through production, work closely with product, data, and engineering teams, and help set technical direction and best practices for our AI efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and deep learning models for production use cases
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Design and ship agentic and multi-agent systems, including tool integration (e.g., via Model Context Protocol, MCP), orchestration, and agent evaluation
• Build and maintain LLM evaluation frameworks (offline and online metrics, LLM-as-judge, regression suites) to measure quality and catch regressions
• Implement guardrails and safety measures for LLM systems, including prompt injection defense and hallucination mitigation
• Develop scalable data and feature pipelines in collaboration with data engineers
• Own the MLOps lifecycle: CI/CD for models, experiment tracking, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining
• Translate business problems into well-scoped ML solutions with clear success metrics
• Optimize models and LLM applications for latency, cost (including token usage), and scalability
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architecture decisions
• Stay current with the latest research and evaluate new techniques for practical adoption
• Communicate results and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems to production
• Strong Python skills and proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Solid grounding in ML fundamentals: statistics, optimization, model evaluation, and feature engineering
• Experience with at least one of: NLP/LLMs, computer vision, recommendation systems, time series, or forecasting
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Airflow
• Strong SQL and experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Ray, or similar)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, Mistral), Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Experience building multi-agent architectures with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar, and integrating tools and data sources via MCP
• Experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF/DPO) and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Experience with model serving and optimization (Triton, vLLM, ONNX, quantization)
• Publications, open-source contributions, or Kaggle achievements
• Experience in SaaS product development
• Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
