Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Java Full-Stack Developer with 8–12 years of experience, limited to candidates based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using Java-based back-end technologies and modern front-end frameworks.

The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to refine requirements, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of existing platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot).
Solid experience in Front-End Development with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, including API design, integration, and end-to-end application architecture.
Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and build/dependency tools (Maven/Gradle).
Experience working in agile environments, with strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, communicate effectively with distributed teams, and collaborate across functions.
8–12 years of relevant software development experience; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Exposure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture is an advantage.
