Regional Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Assistant
Role Description The Owner at QuantaZen Systems is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for defining the company vision, setting strategic objectives, and overseeing day-to-day operations across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. The Owner will engage directly with clients to understand safety and data needs, guide the roadmap for AI-driven safety solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery and support. Typical activities include reviewing business performance metrics, managing key partnerships, leading a small cross-functional team, and making decisions about investments, resource allocation, and market expansion. The role also involves maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, fostering a transparent and inclusive workplace, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining growth strategies, and managing P&L or overall business performance.
- Operational and organizational management capabilities, such as team leadership, process optimization, and coordination across product, sales, and support functions.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, or software platforms, with the ability to understand dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making in safety or industrial contexts.
- Knowledge of occupational safety or compliance environments, or experience working with safety heads, plant operations, or audit teams is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, client relationship building, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience in entrepreneurship, start-up leadership, or ownership roles, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in safety, operations, or management are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, adapt to changing business needs, and make informed decisions under time and resource constraints.
