Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop scalable AI/ML solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize business operations through predictive analytics, Generative AI, and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML/DL models to solve business problems.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions, from data preparation and experimentation to production deployment.
• Apply GenAI and LLMs to develop intelligent business solutions.
• Work on demand forecasting, customer personalization, inventory planning, and operational optimization.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modelling.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade ML models.
• Knowledge of forecasting, predictive analytics, or customer personalization.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and large datasets.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of mathematical optimization and operations research.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, customer analytics, or delivery optimization.
