As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Analyst to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement quantitative trading strategies across various asset classes, including equities, futures and options.
Conduct research and analysis to identify alpha-generating opportunities using statistical modelling, machine learning techniques, and mathematical algorithms.
Develop, test, and back-test quantitative trading models using Python, R, or other programming languages.
Collaborate with traders and developers to optimize trading systems and algorithms for execution efficiency and risk management.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as necessary to enhance profitability and minimize risk.
Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in quantitative trading.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical modelling, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
Experience with statistical modelling, time series analysis, optimization techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
A passion for quantitative finance and a desire to apply technical skills to solve real-world problems.
