Senior CMS Developer / Content Management Engineer (Contentful, Drupal, TeamSite, AWS & AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise content management solutions across Contentful, Drupal, and TeamSite platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based content delivery, AI-driven content management, multilingual content translation, and digital experience platforms. This role will support global web content initiatives, content governance, microsite development, and seamless integration with AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise CMS solutions using Contentful, Drupal, and TeamSite.
  • Create and manage Contentful spaces, content models, templates, workflows, and publishing processes.
  • Develop and support Drupal-based websites and microsites.
  • Build and enhance TeamSite CMS components, templates, workflows, and content publishing capabilities.
  • Implement AI-powered content management and automated language translation solutions.
  • Integrate CMS platforms with AWS services and third-party applications.
  • Support content migration, localization, multilingual content delivery, and digital asset management.
  • Ensure content governance, security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with content authors, marketing teams, UX designers, and developers for content delivery initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous platform improvements.Required Skills
  • 11+ years of experience in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Contentful (Space Setup, Content Modeling, Template Creation, Content Publishing)
  • Drupal CMS Development
  • TeamSite CMS Development
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and CMS integrations.
  • Experience in content migration, localization, and multilingual content delivery.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
  • Understanding of AI-based content generation, translation, and content automation tools.Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Headless CMS architecture.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI tools for content creation and translation.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SEO, and content personalization.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
