Role Description The Research Assistant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Research Assistant will support the design and execution of research projects, including literature reviews, data collection, and data entry. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining research records, assisting with laboratory procedures (where applicable), and preparing summaries, reports, and presentations of findings. The role involves collaborating with senior researchers, contributing to data analysis, ensuring adherence to protocols, and maintaining quality and accuracy in all research-related activities. The Research Assistant will also help coordinate project timelines and communicate progress to the research team.

Qualifications

• Strong Research and Analytical Skills to support study design, data collection, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, including basic statistical methods and use of relevant software or tools.
• Solid Communication skills for clear written documentation, report preparation, and effective teamwork.
• Foundational Laboratory Skills (if applicable to project scope), including safe handling of materials and adherence to procedures.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with common office and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with research software is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
