We are hiring an Associate Manager, Product Planning Feedback and Adoption to independently own planning, adoption and feedback workstreams across multiple state programs. The person will translate program priorities into measurable plans, ensure that product interventions and tools are used effectively, and build feedback loops that turn field experience into product and operating improvements.
This role combines hands-on program management with analytical and strategic ownership. The Associate Manager will work closely with State Operations, Product, Technology, Insights, Livelihood, Learning and Development, and program leadership. The role requires the ability to facilitate decisions, identify risks early and drive actions to closure with limited supervision.

- Strengthen collaboration between State Operation teams and Central Product teams through a regular cadence.
- Adoption and data driven action
- Own adoption across states. Lead the adoption of product interventions and tools from rollout through sustained and meaningful use.
- Define meaningful metrics. Establish metric definitions, data sources, reporting frequency and data quality checks.
- Interpret performance. Analyse trackers and dashboards, segment gaps by state, block, cohort or tool, and distinguish process, product and data issues.
- Convert insights into action. Develop state-specific recommendations, align owners and timelines, and monitor whether interventions improve adoption.
- Feedback systems and product improvement
- Design end to end feedback cycles. Define the milestone, respondents, sampling approach, questions, scoring logic and success measures.
- Ensure reliable data collection. Coordinate with state teams, monitor response quality and resolve collection gaps without compromising timelines.
- Synthesize field evidence. Combine quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear product and process recommendations prioritised by impact, urgency and feasibility.
- Close the feedback loop. Track accepted actions with owners and timelines, communicate decisions to stakeholders and verify closure.
