Java Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Perform technical impact analysis and maintain traceability across requirements, design, and implementation.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across backend and frontend teams.
• Design data solutions using PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Implement asynchronous processing using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and high availability.
• Collaborate on CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• Drive TDD and automated testing using JUnit and Mockito.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7–16 years of experience in Java development and software architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and TDD.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Jira, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong architecture, scalability, performance, security, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
