Role Purpose

AI Agenda, Advisory Offerings & Strategic Initiatives Team Lead will lead the execution of Advisory’s AI agenda, offering portfolio strategy, and high-priority strategic initiatives. The role will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into scalable programs that strengthen Advisory’s market differentiation, enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness, and support sustainable growth and margin performance.

The role will serve as a strategic partner to Advisory leadership, Growth Operations, Service Lines, and GTM teams—driving the adoption of AI across go-to-market, solutioning, and delivery; governing the end-to-end lifecycle of Advisory offerings; and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that address critical business priorities.

This leader will also provide structured problem-solving, executive-level insights, governance, and execution oversight for high-visibility and time-sensitive initiatives, ensuring strong alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agenda & Adoption

  • Lead the integration of AI capabilities, including Copilot, Gemini, and related tools, across Advisory GTM, solutioning, and delivery workflows.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI to enhance market differentiation, productivity, quality, and margin performance.
  • Drive the adoption of AI across proposal development, solution design, knowledge management, and delivery processes.
  • Work with R&D (AI POD) Build and scale reusable AI-led accelerators, tools, assets, and use cases that can be leveraged across Advisory teams and engagements.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for AI adoption, including compliance, risk management, quality standards, and responsible usage.
  • Track AI adoption, business impact, productivity gains, and value realization, providing regular updates and recommendations to Advisory leadership.

2. Advisory Offerings Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle management of Advisory offerings, from ideation and development through launch, enhancement, and retirement and work closely with Growth Operations team
  • Partner with offering owners and relevant stakeholders to translate market and business needs into differentiated, scalable offerings.
  • Consolidate, rationalize, and standardize the existing Advisory offerings portfolio to improve clarity, scalability, and market relevance.
  • Govern the creation, review, approval, launch, enhancement, and maintenance of new and existing offerings.
  • Maintain a robust offering taxonomy, documentation, governance framework, and knowledge repository to ensure transparency and ease of access.
  • Establish portfolio governance, prioritization mechanisms, and performance tracking to ensure offerings remain aligned with Advisory’s strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Partner with Growth Operations, Service Lines, and GTM teams to drive offering activation, market positioning, and adoption.

3. Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

  • Lead execution of high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives sponsored by Advisory leadership.
  • Translate ambiguous or complex business priorities into structured workplans, actionable solutions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end program governance, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and value realization.
  • Manage high-visibility, time-sensitive, and ad-hoc leadership priorities with speed, rigor, and strong ownership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and interdependencies and drive timely resolution across stakeholders.

4. Insights, Analytics & Leadership Reporting

  • Develop dashboards, analyses, business cases, and executive-ready reporting for AI, offerings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate data and business performance into clear insights, recommendations, and actions for leadership.
  • Establish appropriate metrics and KPIs to track AI adoption, offering portfolio health, initiative progress, and business impact.
  • Prepare leadership forums with accurate performance updates, key insights, risks, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Use analytics and structured problem-solving to support prioritization and strategic decision-making.

5. Stakeholder Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a key strategic liaison across Advisory Leadership, Growth Operations, Service Lines, GTM, Finance, R&D, and Business teams.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution across AI, offerings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority through strong collaboration, communication, and governance.
  • Represent the agenda in leadership forums, clearly articulating progress, challenges, decisions required, and business impact.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams to accelerate adoption, scale best practices, and embed sustainable ways of working.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, transformation, PMO, product/portfolio management, or analytics roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or enterprise-wide change agendas.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in business, productivity, GTM, solutioning, or delivery, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical business use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.
  • Proven experience in portfolio, offering, product, or program lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver outcomes under tight timelines with high ownership.

  • Experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation within a professional services, consulting, or enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing service offerings, solution portfolios, or product lifecycles from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancement.
  • Strong program governance discipline, with the ability to establish scalable processes, standards, and operating mechanisms.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and orchestrate diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Commercial orientation with an understanding of how AI and offerings can contribute to growth, differentiation, productivity, and margin improvement.
  • Agility, resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive learning mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and high leadership visibility.

  • This is a full-time, permanent role.
  • This role is located in India.
  • This role follows a hybrid working model, blending home-based work with a minimum of 4 day per quarter in the office (to be confirmed based on primary location and business need). Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
