Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that showcases properties, client testimonials, and company brand stories. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, framing and shooting video, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align visual content with business goals. The role also involves basic video editing, organizing footage, and ensuring that all visual materials reflect Viviana Properties’ standards of trust and professionalism. The Videographer will be expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and basic editing of real estate and brand content.
- Candidates should possess practical Camera Operation and Camera handling skills for professional video shoots.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Shooting Video to ensure visually appealing and consistent footage.
- Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail, with an understanding of composition and framing.
- Experience creating video content for marketing, social media, or real estate promotions is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
