Kajabi Website Development & Automation Virtual Assistant

About the Role:

Overview20four7VA is seeking an experienced Kajabi Website Development & Automation Virtual Assistant to support a California-based senior advocacy organization. The organization operates an online platform that provides educational resources, self-advocacy tools, and valuable information for senior adults. The platform is currently in beta testing, with an anticipated launch in late November. The selected Virtual Assistant will collaborate with the existing development team during the transition period and will then take ownership of maintaining the Kajabi environment while implementing Phase 2 enhancements using established documentation and SOPs. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Kajabi development, website automation, troubleshooting, AI-assisted workflows, and technical project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the existing Kajabi website and platform architecture.
• Develop and update landing pages, product vaults, and digital content areas.
• Configure checkout processes, digital product delivery systems, and user experiences.
• Manage tags, automations, and customer access workflows.
• Implement approved Phase 2 features based on existing plans and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot website functionality, design issues, and user-access concerns.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Zapier automations and platform integrations.
• Support existing Netlify components and associated website integrations.
• Assist with data workflows related to interactive mapping features.
• Test integrations and identify errors or incomplete processes.
• Coordinate technical updates to ensure systems work seamlessly together.
• Utilize AI tools, including Gemini, to support development, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with the existing development team during the transition period.
• Review and follow established SOPs, technical documentation, and project requirements.
• Maintain organized records of configurations, updates, and completed work.
• Test new features prior to implementation.
• Identify technical challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Provide regular progress updates and escalate issues that require specialized expertise.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with Kajabi website development.
• Strong knowledge of Kajabi site architecture, landing pages, and product setup.
• Experience with Kajabi checkout systems, tagging, and automation workflows.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing websites.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established SOPs and documentation.

Work Schedule:

• Hours per Week: 10 hours (with potential for additional hours based on project milestones and workload)
• Work Days: Monday through Friday
• Working Hours: Flexible in EST Time zone (to be determined)

Pay Rate:

• $6.25 - $8.00 per hour
