Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI, and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI applications.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, develop intelligent solutions, and integrate AI technologies into existing applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models for real-world business applications.
• Build and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate AI models and services into web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Use Python and relevant AI/ML libraries to develop efficient solutions.
• Evaluate and fine-tune AI models based on project requirements and performance metrics.
• Implement best practices for AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
• Experience developing RAG-based applications and working with vector databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend technologies.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and software development best practices.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI services and deployment environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or other LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Weaviate.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and enterprise application integrations.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.
