Required Qualifications

Graduate degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent.
Post-graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management is preferred.
Candidates with relevant professional certifications such as PgPM, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe, IASSC Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, or TOGAF will be preferred.
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification professional experience in engineering, technology, consulting, or advisory services.
Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in AFC systems or ticketing platforms within the transportation sector, including Rail, Airlines, Airports, Bus, or Ferry.
Experience in reserved ticketing platforms for Rail, Airlines, or Airports, preferably across 2 or more projects.
Experience in government transportation projects, preferably involving Rail, Airlines, Airports, Bus, or Ferry.
Strong understanding of transportation ticketing ecosystems, technology platforms, station hardware, and system integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of Ticketing Platforms and Station Hardware for transportation projects.
Provide strategic and technical leadership for AFC systems, ticketing platforms, and associated station hardware.
Coordinate the design, development, implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning of ticketing systems.
Review technical specifications, system requirements, architecture documents, drawings, interface documents, and technical submissions.
