Engineering Full-time Lucknow, India (Hybrid) 4+ years About the role

You will lead backend work on systems that businesses run their operations on: ERP modules, CRM platforms and multi-tenant SaaS products. That means designing the data model, writing the APIs the frontend and mobile teams consume, and staying involved once it is live.

We work in two-week sprints with code review on every change. You will not be handed a specification and left alone with it; you will be in the conversations where scope gets decided.

What you will do

Design and build REST APIs and backend services in Laravel
Model relational schemas and write efficient, indexed queries
Review pull requests and mentor two to three junior developers
Profile and fix performance problems in production systems
Work directly with clients during discovery and demo sessions What we are looking for
4+ years of professional PHP, at least 2 with Laravel
Strong SQL: joins, indexing and query profiling, not just Eloquent
Experience with queues, caching and background jobs
Comfortable with Git, code review and CI pipelines
Able to explain technical trade-offs to a non-technical client Apply for this role
