🔹 Role: Senior Zoho CRM Developer – Marketing Automation & Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho CRM professional with strong expertise in Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Marketing Automation, and hands-on exposure to Sprinklr integrations.

🛠️ Key Skills Required:

✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM development and customization

✅ Strong experience with Zoho Campaigns and/or Zoho Marketing Automation

✅ Working knowledge of Sprinklr integrations with CRM platforms

✅ Proficiency in Deluge scripting, custom functions, workflows, and Blueprints

✅ Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Webhooks

✅ CRM automation, lead lifecycle management, and marketing funnel optimization

✅ Experience in data synchronization, integration testing, UAT, and deployment support

➕ Good to Have:

🔹 Zoho Analytics and reporting dashboards

🔹 Telephony or social listening integrations

🔹 Zoho CRM / Marketing Automation certifications
