Program Manager
The Opportunity
FinZ is developing a short-ticket lending solution for students enrolled in PW online batches, with an indicative ticket size of ₹5,000–₹6,000. We are looking for an analytical, high-ownership Program Manager to take the initiative from concept to pilot and launch and build an operating model that can scale.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the initiative end to end—from discovery and solution design to pilot, launch, and optimization.
● Translate business problems into a clear business case, execution roadmap, milestones, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
● Coordinate with Product, Technology, Design, Data, Business, Risk, Credit, Operations, Finance,
Legal/Compliance and external partners.
● Help design the student journey, eligibility approach, repayment structure, customer communication, servicing, and collections processes.
● Build Excel/Google Sheets analyses, trackers, and dashboards; define and monitor funnel conversion, disbursals, repayment success, early delinquency, and unit economics.
● Coordinate pilot readiness, testing, launch sign-offs, and issue resolution; gather feedback and convert learnings into improvements.
● Develop working knowledge of digital lending, disbursal, and repayment flows, including UPI AutoPay/e-mandates.
● Maintain project plans, dependency and risk trackers, decision logs, and crisp progress updates for stakeholders and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
● MBA from a leading Indian business school; 2–5 years of experience. Strong candidates with relevant internships or project experience may also apply.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, including pivots, lookups, and structured modelling.
● Interest in fintech, digital lending, consumer credit, payments, and UPI AutoPay/e-mandates.
● Good program management, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
● Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
● Comfort working with ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
● Internship or project experience in fintech, lending, payments, banking, consulting, product/program management
or business operations.
● Familiarity with KYC, underwriting, disbursal, repayment, delinquency, or collections.
● Exposure to SQL, dashboards, data visualization, business requirements, or user acceptance testing (UAT).
