Analyst - SharePoint Technical Developer

Join the team where you will help design, develop, and deliver customized SharePoint Online solutions for Deloitte Member Firms supported by Deloitte USI. This role supports a wide range of business needs including communications, knowledge management, learning, and process automation through scalable solutions built on the Microsoft cloud platform. With a strong focus on SharePoint customization, you will work with technologies such as SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Kendo UI, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) to create high-value solutions for internal stakeholders across Deloitte’s global network.

Work you'll do

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions aligned to business and organizational requirements while applying current SharePoint capabilities and development practices.
• Configure and optimize SharePoint sites, web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, navigation, search, and permissions using SharePoint Framework, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and related technologies.
• Test, package, and deploy solutions across development and production environments, validating functionality, performance, reliability, and cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Identify and resolve code defects, application bugs, and user-access concerns while applying data security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with lead developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical challenges, and support project delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and create user guides, frequently asked questions, and training materials that support adoption, maintenance, and future enhancements.

The develops technology-enabled solutions that support Deloitte’s global business needs. The team collaborates across functions to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions using Microsoft cloud technologies. Professionals contribute to solutions that enhance communication, knowledge management, learning, and business processes for Deloitte Member Firms supported by Deloitte USI.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), or Master of Technology (M.Tech.) with at least 60% or a 6.5 GPA throughout and no active backlogs.
• 1+ years of experience developing SharePoint Online Modern solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience developing web applications using HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets Level 3 (CSS3), JavaScript, jQuery, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT), and Bootstrap.
• Experience configuring SharePoint Online web components, lists, libraries, content types, site columns, navigation, search configurations, and permissions.
• Experience using SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio to customize SharePoint solutions.
• Experience developing low-code solutions and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience conducting unit testing, packaging, and deploying solutions across development and production environments, and using Azure DevOps to manage user stories.

Preferred:

• Experience integrating Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs, and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) with SharePoint Online solutions.
• Experience using Kendo UI and Microsoft Azure to support SharePoint solution development.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Experience Design (XD) to edit and optimize high-resolution images.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration, project planning, and execution.
• Experience creating architecture, configuration, or customization documentation and end-user training materials.
• Experience delivering communications, knowledge management, learning, or process-automation solutions.
