Role Description The Co-Founder at Maison JK will play a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and refining the business model, leading brand and marketing initiatives, and contributing to sales and partnership development. The Co-Founder will oversee key operational processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in financial planning and performance tracking. The role also involves conducting market and customer research, making data-informed decisions, and building a culture that supports innovation, accountability, and long-term value creation.
