Information Technology Project Manager

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: Long-term contract through March 2028

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager IV with strong Scrum Master capabilities to support a strategic, multi-year SAP transformation program.

This is an urgent backfill supporting the Controls & Compliance / Computer System Validation (CSV) / GxP workstream. Candidates must have relevant experience in at least one of these areas.

The successful candidate will manage complex cross-functional initiatives, coordinate business and technology workstreams, lead Agile delivery activities, manage risks and dependencies, and provide program governance and executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans using Azure DevOps (ADO) and other project management tools.
• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams across business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams and value streams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Maintain Agile delivery plans and work-management artifacts in Azure DevOps.
• Establish and maintain RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation and escalation plans.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, decision-making forums, and executive updates.
• Create project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and program-health reporting.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, contractor onboarding, and vendor coordination.
• Track budgets, financial performance, monthly reporting, and project variances.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery, governance, reporting, and project management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise technology programs and projects within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience working as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Experience with Controls & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV), and/or GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, dependency management, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP transformation, implementation, migration, or optimization programs.
• Experience with SAP Access Segregation, SAP Security, SAP Basis, or Information Security.
• Experience with merger and acquisition integration programs.
• Experience managing contractors, consulting partners, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance and compliance frameworks.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
