• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
• Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to align with business operations.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.
